• If you do not have a Prometric Testing ID, leave the field blank and the system will assign one to you. Remember to write down your Prometric Testing ID for future reference.
• Use your company email address to validate your identity in the NetApp Certification Database (i.e., john.doe@netapp.com). Personal email addresses such as hotmail, gmail, etc., may not be recognized within the NetApp Accreditation/Certification Program. This validation is required prior to achieving full NetApp Accreditation/Certification status.
• If you have already tested with Prometric at an Authorized Prometric Testing Center, you already have a Prometric Testing ID and it is critical that you provide your correct Prometric Testing ID. Exams under multiple IDs may not be recognized toward certification and your CERTIFICATION WILL BE DELAYED and/or INCOMPLETE.
• Exams under multiple IDs may not be recognized toward certification and your ACCREDITATION/CERTIFICATION WILL BE DELAYED and/or INCOMPLETE. Candidates with multiple IDs are at risk with automated fraud detection audits and may be suspended from the NetApp Certification Database and denied further access to accreditation exams on this site in the future.
• All Tests are timed – once you start a test you must complete it in one sitting or the test will time out.
• All Tests are free for the first attempt only. Subsequent attempts are charged according to the rate stated.
